Coaching helps you identify what you want to achieve, then assists in setting short and long-term goals, helping you realize your full potential. A Life Coach provides support, motivation, encouragement and accountability. As a Life Coach, I strive to develop personalized programs that are unique to each client’s needs, capabilities and desires.

A fourteen week For Women Only Spousal Support Group for spouses of men who struggle with sexual addiction. This program is devoted to equipping, educating and encouraging wives and ex-wives of Sexual Addicts. Taking that first step to reach out for help can be one of the hardest decisions facing you. You are not alone. Hope and healing is available.

Changing the Shadow of Your Future
A ten week For Women Only Spousal Support Group devoted to dealing with codependent and boundary issues. This support group is for spouses or ex-spouses of men dealing with sexual addiction, and other compulsive behaviors. This curriculum is taught in conjunction with the book: Codependent No More by Melody Beattie.
